Terms of Service

Our service is based on subscriptions only. We make all our efforts to provide service only during the subscription period. You cannot transfer the right to use the software to other parties. You are requested to agree to our terms of service and follow the copyright and fair use practises applicable to software services.

Jurisdiction

Any issues or disputes arising out of using our services can be settled only mutually or by the courts in Chennai.

Data Security

We make efforts to protect our customers’ data. However, customers are requested to back up their data periodically to avoid any eventuality. We also take all possible steps to protect the privacy of our customers’ data. We collect only the information needed to communicate with our customers. We will not collect any secure information meant for financial transactions. Avoid phishing and sharing sensitive information. Avoid fake emails, phone calls, SMSes, and WhatsApp communications. Use strong passwords and periodically change them. Give access to various modules only to the right staff members performing different tasks.
