Admin

This module enables the creation of essential core masters required for the academic process, such as institution name, available shifts, department names, offered courses, batches, regulations, and employee Roles. Additionally, this module offers a wide range of features, including user authentication and security, role-based access to various modules to each staff [such as timetable, attendance, exam, mark entry and report] holiday and working day management, day order assignments, timetable generation, and more.
Student Profile

This module facilitates the creation of student admission registration information and the management of academic details, including transport, hostel, and mess allocations. It also captures comprehensive personal information about students and their parents, such as place of birth, nativity, religion, community, caste, parental income, contact details, as well as educational background including schools attended, place of study, and marks obtained in SSLC, +1, and HSSC examinations. Additionally, it records involvement in sports and extracurricular activities, scholarship information, and other relevant personal data
Staff Profile

This module allows the creation of employee personal professional information such as date of joining, qualification, designation, scale of pay, experience, appointment, pay, subject specialization, reporting structure, bank account details, and other relevant personal information. It also allows you to upload important personal certificates.
Time Table and Attendance

Designed to easily manage class timetables and student attendance throughout the semester, this module includes key features to simplify scheduling and attendance tracking. You can define subjects, link them to specific classes, and set the working days to generate timetables. It also allows you to create the necessary setup to generate timetables for each class, assign teachers and subjects to specific time slots, and track attendance on an hourly basis.
This complete module helps manage both class schedules and student attendance smoothly throughout the academic semester.
Exam

The Exam Module is designed to manage different types of exams and assessment patterns, evaluate student performance, and assign grades. Key features include defining exam types, assessment patterns, exam scheduling, and entry of exam and assessment marks.
This module offers a complete framework for efficient exam management and student evaluation. It supports grade assignment, CO-PO mapping, and also enables the calculation and management of GPA and CGPA.
